You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, to submit any form on it, to opt in to receive text messages from us, or to enter into a coaching arrangement with us.
Kingdom Alignment offers Christ-centered marriage coaching, discipleship, prayer ministry and, where appropriate, biblical deliverance. This work is grounded in our faith, our experience and our own story.
This is not marriage counseling, therapy, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, or professional legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those things. Neither Ali nor Matt Simpson is acting as a licensed therapist, physician, psychologist, attorney or financial advisor. Where appropriate we may encourage you to work with a licensed therapist, medical professional, pastor or other qualified professional alongside coaching.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes. We do not promise, guarantee or warrant the restoration of any marriage or any other particular result. What you get out of this work depends on many things, most of them yours.
Coaching is not appropriate for every situation, and it is not crisis intervention.
If there is active abuse, threats, violence, coercive control, an immediate safety concern, or a situation requiring clinical or legal intervention, we may recommend specialized professional support before or alongside coaching, and we may decline to proceed.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Do not rely on this website or on us for an urgent response.
Where it is appropriate, our process may include prayer and biblical deliverance ministry. Participation is entirely voluntary, is never forced, and is never treated as a one-size-fits-all requirement. You may decline any part of it at any time without affecting your place in the program.
This ministry is religious in nature. It is not clinical treatment and makes no medical or psychological claim.
The application form on this site is a request to be considered, not an agreement to work together. Submitting it does not guarantee that you will be accepted, and we may decline an application or recommend a different kind of support at our discretion.
A discovery call is a private conversation to explore whether working together is the right fit. It is offered at no charge and carries no obligation on either side.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to another couple. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and missed sessions without notice, may not be rescheduled. Repeatedly missing scheduled calls without notice may mean we are unable to offer you another.
Part of the Marriage Restoration Program is delivered in a group setting. By taking part you agree to keep what other participants share private, to treat every couple in the group with respect, and not to record, transcribe or share any session without our written permission.
We ask the same commitment of everyone. We will remove anyone from the program who breaks it, without refund. We cannot, however, guarantee what another participant does, and we are not liable for it. Please share at the level you are comfortable with in a group setting.
Where a service carries a fee, the amount, the payment schedule, and the refund and cancellation terms are set out in a separate written agreement provided to you before you commit. Those agreed terms govern that engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of a particular price.

We may decline to work with anyone, or end an arrangement, where these expectations are not met.
What you share with us privately is treated as private and is not discussed with others outside our team, except where we are required to disclose it by law or where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm.
Please note that coaching and lay ministry do not carry the legal privilege that applies to licensed therapists, attorneys or clergy in certain contexts, and that group sessions are covered by the section above rather than by this one.
The content on this website, including text, images, design, and any materials shared with you as part of the program, belongs to Kingdom Alignment or is used with permission. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell or create derivative works from it without our written permission. You may of course use materials shared with you for your own personal use.
This site and our messages may link to other websites and platforms, including social media and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and we do not warrant that any information on it is complete or current. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Alignment, Ali Simpson, Matt Simpson and anyone working with them will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or our services, including any outcome in your marriage. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in question.
You agree to hold Kingdom Alignment and its team harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person, including any claim brought by your spouse or another program participant.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
