This website, thekingdomalignment.com, is operated by Kingdom Alignment ("we," "us," or "our"). Couples come to us at some of the hardest moments of their marriage, and much of what you share with us is deeply personal. We take that seriously.
This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, to the application form on it, and to the phone, text and email communication that follows.

If you have any question about this policy, or about information we hold about you, that email address reaches a real person.
When you complete the application on this site, we ask for your name, email address and phone number, your spouse's name, how long you have been married, the biggest challenge your marriage is facing, what you would like to be different, what you have already tried, whether your spouse is willing to participate, how open you are to our approach, where you are on being ready to invest in coaching, and anything else you choose to tell us.
You decide how much to share. Nothing beyond the required fields is necessary to submit the form.
A marriage application necessarily includes information about your spouse, and may include details about your family. Your spouse may not have filled in the form and may not have agreed to anything. We treat that information with the same care as your own, use it only to understand your situation and respond to your application, and do not contact your spouse separately unless you have asked us to or they have reached out themselves.
Please only share information about another person that you are comfortable sharing on their behalf.
Like most websites, ours may record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed and the site that referred you. This is used to keep the site working and to understand general traffic patterns, not to identify you personally.
If you call, text, email or message us, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can respond and keep track of the conversation.
We use the information described above to:
We do not use what you share about your marriage for advertising, audience targeting, or any purpose other than supporting you directly.
Part of the Marriage Restoration Program is delivered in a group setting with other couples. That means some of what you share may be heard by people outside our team.
Everyone who participates agrees to keep what is shared in group sessions private. We ask for that commitment, we hold people to it, and we will remove anyone from the program who breaks it. But we cannot guarantee what another participant does, and we are not responsible for it.
Share at the level you are comfortable with in a group. Anything you would rather keep between you and us can be raised privately instead.
Kingdom Alignment sends text messages only to people who choose to opt in. Our application form includes two optional SMS consent checkboxes. Neither box is pre-checked, and you can submit the form without checking either one.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in this policy, and will not be shared with any third parties.
If you include your phone number and email address on our form, we may call or email you about your application. This is separate from text messaging.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, advertising, lead generation or promotional purposes.
We share information only in these limited situations:
This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep it working properly and to understand how visitors use it. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and for as long as required to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including working with established platform providers that maintain their own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take this responsibility seriously.
To make any of these requests, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form, to work with us, or to opt in to receive text messages. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our site and our messages may link to other websites and platforms, including social media and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear on the site. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
